Parental Visitation

My parents came down for the weekend to hang out.
It was fun. We met them at the casino in Shelbyville on Friday,
where we all lost money (as can be expected).

On Saturday, we went down to Brown County, then hung out
around the house. On Sunday, we didn't do a whole lot either,
but we did go see Kevin's band play at night.

Here are just a couple quick photos to share.

Dad decided he had to mow... Good thing he had his

Character Zero at Best Buy

So, Character Zero came back from a brief hiatus
(with a new drummer) to play at the Best Buy store picnic
on Sunday. Since Chad and Chris both work at BBY now,
and Kevin and Steve previously worked at Best Buys, it
seemed appropriate.

My parents were in town for the weekend, and
Tonya, Kylie, and Riley came down for the show, too!
Even Chad's parents came down from Greenwood.
It was a nice night out and good to watch them all play again.
Kylie hadn't ever seen Kevin play!

I'm just glad it started while it was still light out. It was nice
to be able to get some okay photos!

Meet Hazzard!!

Our friend Nick Dale brought over his eight week old boxer, Hazzard.
Our puppies were not quite sure what to think about him, but they had fun.

As if Griffy Lake wasn't enough fun, we came home
and set up a kiddie pool to let the dogs play in.

Puppy Day!

Kevin and I took the dogs on a little adventure today.
We took the boys for a quick "swim" and hike at Griffy Lake.
It's a shame we couldn't have stayed longer!




Wrigley was not too thrilled about this idea!
